What is Smart Inbox?
Smart Inbox is SmartBooks' receipt capture and document intake workflow. It collects client documents from email, WhatsApp, mobile photos, scans and uploads, classifies key fields, shows confidence on every extracted value, and sends only exceptions or missing information to a human review queue.
